Bayview Villa (1.3.0v) - File Description  


Description:
Bayview villa is located on a private island, which is accessable from the west bank of Topal Bay. To get there, just travel south from leyawiin, staying on the same side of the bay. Once you arive, you will see several things. There will be
a stone wall bordering a small river, which is formed by a waterfall. To purchase the Key to the house, talk to Orrius Sallos, who will be right at the bridge which crosses the stream, but only durring the day. He will sell it to you for 90,000 septims. Once you buy the key, walk past the river towards a building located behind the waterfall. Upon entering it, you will be in a hall way. Go through the hallway, and you will find yourself on your private island.

The first thing you will see as you exit the hallway will be a glorious cortyard, featuring colorfull flowers, palm trees, and a villa syle arch-column wall. Around the south side of the house, you will see a large, romanesque pattio, lined by tall, green trees. Behind the house is your own slice of heaven. A large fountain and pond, surrounded by palm trees will be inside a column wall. Even farther to the south will be your lighthouse. It is elevated on a rocky cliff. It is will glow all day, and all night, as a beacon to incoming ships.

I've tried your mod , but when i get near the bridge , the invisible wall prevent me from going further and i can't even talk to the guy to but the house. That's your 1st bug.

As I clearly state in the readme, you must turn borders off. I also give a link to a mod that will turn them off for you. Hope that helps.

I think it looks awesome so far, but the grounds could use some more grasses and bushes, unless you turned grasses off when you took the screens.

Okay, ive downloaded this mod and know how to take the boarders down.
All you have to do is go to: My Documents/My Games/Oblivion and then open Oblivion Configuration Settings.
You then press Ctrl+f and type bBorderRegionsEnabled=1 . Simply change this to bBorderRegionsEnabled=0 then boarders will be deactivated.

Do you need another mod or something? Everything works fine, except the tall trees in both courtyards. They come up as large yellow triangles. Sorry, couldn't find anything on it. Maybe I installed a texture wrong or something?

To turn borders off without a extra mod:
Go to the .ini for Oblivion and press Ctrl and F it will be like a text searcher and in it type bEnableBorderRegion and search it and it will come up change it from 1 to 0 then you have to type bBorderRegionsEnabled in the search and change it from 1 to 0 and save the changes and then you shouldn't have any problems with borders.

i'm afraid i can't make the trees or anything work but to get rid of them click the ~ button and click the yellow triangles one at a time and type disable.

P.S- alright mod, but it messed up my map

Super cool. I wish some one would make a completely new city for The Elder Scrolls 4.. A nice beach kind of one. stick out tongue Complete with palm trees, blue skies, a beach, and a purchasable player home would be awesome. smile
