| Faction Living Quarters (v1.00) - File Description |
 |
Description:
Facton Living Quarters is a collection of ten simple living areas designed for low level characters near the beginning of their journey through Morrowind. Each guild and three of the Great Houses in Vvardenfell now offer modest living quarters. Faction members now have somewhere to store a decent amount of stuff and a place to practice their skills while they work their way up through the ranks.
Features:
The Fighters Guild quarters has a working practice dummy.
The Balmora Mages Guild now has a communal alchemy room with respawning plants and an alchemy ingredient sorter.
The Thieves guild quarters also has something useful - check behind the bed once you're in there.
You will find a teleport ring in a small chest in each of the quarters which will return you back to the quarters when you use it.
The quarters contain a few cheap items relevant to your chosen profession which I reckon are small welcoming gifts from your new colleagues, other than that the rooms are clutter free and waiting for you to put your hard won loot in them.
The doors to the living quarters are locked until you join a guild or a Great House, when you become a member you are able to stay in their living quarters.
LOCATIONS OF THE LIVING QUARTERS:
Guilds:
Fighters Guild - Balmora - Fighters Guild building
Imperial Cult - Ebonheart - Imperial Cult Chapels
Morag Tong - Vivec - In the area where you join the Morag Tong
Thieves Guild - Balmora - The South Wall Cornerclub
Temple - Ald'ruhn Temple
Imperial Legion - Gnisis - Madach Tradehouse
Mages Guild - Balmora - Mages Guild building
Great Houses:
House Redoran - Ald'ruhn - Redoran Council Hall
House Hlaalu - Balmora - Hlaalu Council Manor House
House Telvanni - Sadrith Mora - Telvanni Council House

1. DESCRIPTION
This mod is a collection of simple living areas designed for low level characters near the beginning of their journey in Morrowind. Each guild and three of the Great Houses in Vvardenfell now offer modest living quarters. Faction members now have somewhere to store a decent amount of stuff and a place to practice their skills while they work their way up through the ranks.
The Fighters Guild quarters has a working practice dummy that you can use to improve your various weapon skills. The Balmora Mages Guild now has a communal alchemy room as well as new guild quarters. Everyone is welcome to use the alchemy ingredients sorter and the respawning plants. Members of the Mages Guild will also be able to use the communal alchemy apparatus. The Thieves guild quarters also has something useful - check behind the bed once you're in there.
I have tried to keep to the general style of the guilds and Great Houses that the living quarters are designed for and not to include game breaking items in this mod. I have included a few cheap items relevant to your chosen profession which I reckon are small welcoming gifts from your new colleagues.
You will find a teleport ring in a small chest in each of the quarters. The teleport ring will return you back to the quarters when you use it. The rooms are relatively clutter free and waiting for you to put your hard won loot in them.
The doors to the living quarters are locked until you join a guild or a Great House, when you become a member you are automatically able to stay in their living quarters.
LOCATIONS OF THE LIVING QUARTERS:
Guilds:
Fighters Guild - Balmora - Fighters Guild building - Go downstairs and it's the first door on your left.
Imperial Cult - Ebonheart - Imperial Cult Chapels - go through the door opposite you when you enter the chapels.
Morag Tong - Vivec - In the area where you join the Morag Tong - You'll see a trapdoor in the same room as Ulmesi Baryon.
Thieves Guild - Balmora - The South Wall Cornerclub - Look for a door hidden behind a tapestry in the downstairs bar area.
Temple - Ald'ruhn Temple - On the ground floor in the hallway before you go upstairs.
Imperial Legion - Gnisis - Madach Tradehouse - Downstairs it's the door next to Darius' quarters.
Mages Guild - Balmora - Mages Guild building - Go downstairs to the new communal alchemy room and you'll see the door to your quarters leading from it.
Great Houses:
House Redoran - Ald'ruhn - Manor District - Under-Skar - look for a door in the southeast of the Redoran Council Hall.
House Hlaalu - Balmora - Hlaalu Council Manor - Go upstairs and it's the first door you come to on the top floor.
House Telvanni - Sadrith Mora - Telvanni Council House Entry - Turn right when you enter and follow the hallway down until you see the door.

2. INSTALLING & PLAYING THE PLUGIN
To install the plugin extract the contents of this .zip into the Morrowind/Data Files directory.
Make sure that the meshes go into the Morrowind/Data Files/Meshes folder, and the Textures go into the Morrowind/Data Files/Textures folder. If prompted click 'Yes to All'.
From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box next to the Living Quarters.esp.
Requires Morrowind Only.
*****************************************************************
3. CONFLICTS AND KNOWN ISSUES:
I have no idea if this conflicts with other mods :P It will conflict with anything that changes the same areas in the game, so make a copy of your save games before loading this mod.
If you uninstall this mod while your stuff is in the living quarters then you'll lose your stuff, so take anything you want to keep out of the living quarters before uninstalling this mod.
This mod has been cleaned with TESAME.
This mod only requires Morrowind to be played.
