Fellowship of the Nine- Crymson Edition (1.0) - File Description  


Description:
what this mod does is place a band of adventures around cyrodiil, who when approached, can be recruited too join your cause to save cyrodiil from corruption.
the mod is made using blackie's amazing cm partners mod basic, so i accept no credit for the scripting, i used her companions as a base for mine.i also use nec's mystic elf face for 2 of the companions.

cora - ex-pirate imperial can be found at umbacano manor, talos plasa, ic
stryke - lilmothiit
aurora - spellsword dunadan can be found at umbacano manor, talos plasa, ic
xenos - battlemage dremora can be found at the foaming flask talos plasa ic
ashe - spellsword mystic elf can be found at the flowing bowl anvil
serenity - healer mystic elf can be found at the mages guild anvil
lacara - archer ohmes raht can be found at tiber septim hotel

this mod includes 2 extra companions, a dunadan [human] made by robert, and a lilmothiit , a fox like humanoid. you must download both mods for this to work.

please note i previously stated this mod runs with beautiful people, please accept my apoligies as i was wrong -- it requires cosmetic compilation instead, although you can use it with both mods active.
my dremora looks better using slof's awsome retexture found at:
http://tessource.net/files/file.php?id=5806

i have included an esp of roberts dunadan [you still need to download his pack for this to work] the reason i included the esp is because in his version, he forgot to make the hair mesh usable for females, so after you install his pack, overwrite his dunadan esp with mine.


companions can be found under the prefx CG in the editor

there might be a conflict with cm partners mod as it is effectivley like activating 2 versions of the mod, but no other conflicts with any mods have been found.

Needs more representation from the two beast races as well. I know it seems difficult to integrate two of the most absurd ideas for humanoid characters in a fantasy setting like this, especially amongst 'regular' looking humans, but it just feels like it's a bunch of oddball mercenaries than a fellowship representing the Nine.

Needs an Orc in there too.

i do actually agree, this mod is far from at a final release and i have ideas to implement at least 2 of all races, but for this second release ive only included my favorites, mabey in a week or so ill have a new version

it doesent explain it yet ,im trying to implement some custom dialogue at the moment to explain it in game, but my 2 dremoras, xenos and abraxas are both exiled from a very dangerous oblivion plane - xenos is prince who tried to stop his hordes slaying a human and was banished for his insolence, where as abraxas is the genral from their horde who would follow his prince to any end.. i got lots of ideas, its just the impimenting thats the hard part smile

why is it that they always say that they are too powerful for me when im level 35 and have already beat the game? it doesnt work for my lvl 20 either and each time I grow a lvl they do so I can never catch up to them frown

Same problem as stated above... I even tried to edit the companions levels in the Editor, but now they have no dialouge.. ARGH!
