Forecaster's Will (1.0) - File Description  


Description:
This mod adds a unique lesser power to the players spell book. It allows it's user to to change the weather to whatever they so choose.

They can select any weather from either Oblivion or Shivering Isles.

So for instance, you can change a stormy day, into a bright sunny one. Or you can cast fear into the citizens of the Imperial province by changing the weather to Sigil! (Oblivion)

While not exactly lore friendly, it can be a nice asset to have.

Warning: May not be compatible with other mods that add, change, or remove weather types.

1. DESCRIPTION

This mod adds a lesser power to the player's character.
It allows to change the weather at any time in any place outside.
Every weather from vanilla Oblivion and its official expansion
(Shivering Isles) is accessible.

2. INSTALLATION

Copy ForecastersWill.esp to Oblivion\Data folder and
mark this file in Oblivion's Launcher. Load your any save.


USAGE

A lesser power that allows the control of the weather
should be added automatically right after the start of any game.
Cast the power. From the menu choose the weather. Done :]


REMOVE ALL CONTENT OF THIS RESOURCE

Delete following files and folders:
Oblivion\Data\ForecastersWill.esp

3. KNOWN ISSUES / COMPATIBILITY

I don't think there are any :]
This mod should be compatible with weather mods such as AWS and NW
because it doesn't add anything new relating to the weather.

It's lovely to see the mania clouds in Tamriel, makes it a lot more interesting

confused ok it doesnt work 4 me it puts it in there but when i cast it, it doesnt do
anything... so idk
