The Sixth Element (1.0) - File Description

This is a mod for Necromancers! It adds six new spells to the game, which are:

Rip Flesh
Call Fleshstorm
Draw Hexagram
Rain of Flesh
Command Flesh

It isn't your average day Necromancer mod, but one with some actually useful abilities!

If your character is a powerful Mage or Necromancer, I would definitely suggest trying this mod.

Make sure you read the Readme, including the bugs section, from head to foot, as it contains some important information regarding this mod.

The Sixth Element:
The Sacred Arts of Necromagic
By J3X

This mod will add six necromagic style spells to your game:
Ritual: Resurrection, Rip Flesh, Ritual: Call Fleshstorm, Draw Hexagram, Command Flesh & Ritual: Rain of Flesh
Watch the trailes for more info about the spells: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngtpuMnQQEA
You can get the spells from a book ,The Sixth Element at the Mystic Archive, Arcane Unniversity. You can also find the book in the testinghall.
The spells will not unbalance your game due you need a lot of magicka to cast them (look below).

I hope the spells are lore friendly. They are atleast not just a collection of lame Reanimate & Summon Skeleton spells.

Spell list:
Ritual: Rain of Flesh
Calls a pile of rotting flesh from Mundus at the hexagram.

Command Flesh
Return to life: Temporary bind the souls of some lesser daedras into the flesh prisons. Be aware of that the lesser daedras not willingly will accept their new homes.
Return to the grave: Send the souls back to oblivion.
Vanish with the wind: Banish the flesh back to Mundus.

Draw Hexagram
Draws a hexagram on the ground to be used as a focus point for the rituals.
You can only have one hexagram at time.

Ritual: Call Fleshstorm
Summons a manifestation of the sixth element at the hexagram.

Ritual: Resurrection
Returns the soul of a fallen creature from the waters of Oblivion to the mortal world.
Use with caution.

Rip Flesh
Bound a lesser daedra to the victims flesh. The daedra will consume it, leave only the bare bones left.

Extract the files into your oblivion/data folder, activate the plugin and play the game!
You maby need OBSE for this mod.
You need SI and the latest patch to!

You need to cast the spell "Call Fleshstorm" two times the first time. - Animation issue.
Some spells will only work outdoors.
The Fleshstorm have bad havok.

All credits to me (J3X)! ! !

If you want to even use the book, your going to need to be a high level mage. So, if you're not, then don't bother. If you are, then join the Mages Guild.

ok, i've got a super-high-level mage character, but when i try to use rip flesh, it always says my willpower isn't high enough. it's done that for as long as i can remember, too... is there anything to be done about it?

use fortify magicka spells, or just raise your intelligence (or if ur lame; use godmode)

 #14 - How to remove the Willpower requirement? - 03-26-2008 at 20:31

Hi this mod seems cool but the willpower requirement is way to high, I have 255 in all stats and skills which is the max that oblivion allows and the spell Rip Flesh does not work all I get even with maxxed stats is "you do not have enough willpower to peirce the victims flesh"

Now I have seen in the video how it is supposed to work and it is not working that way, I am by far not a stickler for overbalanceing spells or skills the high magicka cost is enough there is really no need for the willpower requirement, also if you try and edit it out the cs won't save as the command IsCreature self!=1 does not even register with it as a valid command??

Anyhow if you change it to self.GetIsCreature != 1 as someone else stated previously it does save but then for some reason it does not rip the flesh to bones as it looks in the movie but just instant kills them in test and the body is their own does not change to skeletal, even if you change the requirement to a better one like health where I have 100k the spell kills like a hp based one but again no bones, I am using obse 14 downloaded from the main site, and the book and stuff shows up in testhall but when I get spells all work but that one, can someone who knows please tell me how to remove the willpower requirement and still keep the effect as shown in the movie or is this file just a gimmick? it seems to me even with maxxed stats rip flesh never takes and if you remove the line with the willpower req the spell works but no different then a hp kill spell generic in the oblivion spelllist with no bones?, anyhow really like the way it looks but I want it like it was in the movie where all works like that and minus the willpower requirement and where it can and will work on all mobs even the guards thx big grin

to me a necromancer is nt a necromancer unless he/she can wreak havok on their lessers confused mad

use fortify magicka spells, or just raise your intelligence (or if ur lame; use godmode)

even in godmode spell is still subject to the script and the requirement is IN the scripting so it still no go big grin

Ether have to remove the req while somehow keeping the effects as they look in the video, or mod very well may be broken in regards to that spell as everything I have tried does not make the spell work as shown in the movie, even in TGM and with modded stats to max 255 in all plus skills Aaargh!!!

and trying to edit willpower req out just results in a castable 1 hit kill spell (with visuals akin to casting a high end health destruction spell from basic game) no skeletons or coolness like was in film, be cool if someone can fix it so it does work and works as shown in the film leave balance for those who play the game to decide as not everyone is a stickler for overbalanceing mods on high end charactors{after all it's us who has to play it no one else} a few of us enjoy the fun of being akin to a god in skills and spells and if it was possble to make mobs rezzed by the spell fight for you without major scripting like making them rezz with a long duration command creature spell in effect would be cool, a army of undead to plague all those who dared to resist our world domination would show a epic like story with you as a necromancer better then even manimarco how cool, to the 1st one to make this mod fun my Two Thumbs Up! untill then delete it it is broken and taking up space other such mods better made can take bottoms up and go wreak havok on the hapless villagers evil ones!
