Vampire Alchemy (1.0) - File Description  


Description:
This mod changes the drop list of creatures, adding a 100% of finding their heart and arteries. You can mix these two items to create a potion which will quench your bloodthirst. It will also make you 100% resistant to normal weapons, fortify your strength for two minutes, and weakness to fire times 50 for two minutes.

This mod's effects are a bit overpowered, IMO, so it can also be considered a cheat mod in some ways. I'm not much of a vampire buff, but I don't recall vampires being able to quench their thirst from the blood of other creatures. But this is a mod, and will suit some of you vampires out there.

Installation
============

Simply Extract Vampire Alchemy.esp to you Oblivion Data Folder

What it does
============

Adds a 100% loot drop of Hearts and aterries to most beasts excluding humans.

Mix the hearts and arterries in alchemy and make vials of blood to use to quench your vampire thirst.

Potions when used also give Restistance to normal weapons 100% for 2 mins, Fortify strength 50 for 2 mins and weakness to fire 50 for 2 mins

this is cinda unrelated but i dont want to be a vampire any more and da game glitched en the witch who cures u wont take da blood grass (if youd done the quest ud understand) to cut a long story short i cant cure my vampirsm please somebody help with some sorta mod potion of fix or somthing i hate having to feed or only travle at night its boring

If you are having such a big problem getting rid of Vampirism, then just cheat the bloodgrass into your inventory. Remember, the console is your friend.

Back on topic: This mod seems too much like a cheat mod for me. I like the idea of getting blood from slain creatures though.

I love those mod.. nothing can be worse than being in the middle of the wilderness and have to wait a day to continue on.... One gulp and i'm good to go.

Why dont npcs have heart/arteries? i always thought feeding on a dead person would make sense for vampires. Not sure about the added bonuses though, why would blood of a dead creature be better than of a living? I thought it'd be the other way around lol.
Just a thought - what about allowing the feed option to be selectable on dead people/creatures?
