Verona House (1.3) - File Description  


Description:
This Mod adds a massive manor style house on shores of Lake Rumare, North of the village of Weye.
The house is set in it's own walled estate; It is a home fit for a champion of Cyradiil and as such comes with all the comforts you would expect of a stately home. In brief, it includes a living area with Reception, Kitchen & Wine Cellar, Dining Room, Guest rooms and Master Suite. The Living Quarters are completed by a well stocked library (no skill books), and a range of companions style quarters.

The House also has a grand hall/Museum/Display area, a training room with a seperate viewing gallery and a seperate and extensive armoury.(The armoury is quite bare for now as this is a free house. to complete the interior The house has an entire mages wing, containing an alchemy lab with loads of labelled storage and a potion storer. In the basement is an oblivion garden for those rare plants. There is also a study, and on the top floor,a mage lab with altars, raw staffs, and a sript library. The house also ha two balconies with impressive view if the great forest and the Imperial City.
Externally the house has an alchemy garden, and a stables.

This version adds the Verona Village upgrade.

but soft wut light breaks thru wonder window it is the east and juilet is the sun arise fair sun and kill the envius moon who is already pale and sick with greif that thou her maid art far more fair then she be not her maid for she is envious vestial livery is sick and green cast it off none but fools do wear it......(ok so thats all i can remeber) so just curios did u get the name from romeo and juliet??? definate DL ill let u know wut i think in a few days

I'm a little edgy about using mod houses... is it safe, I mean my stuff won't go missing... or my character won't find himself stuck in a wall or anything. cause i'd like to use them, but I just don't trust it at the same time.

this is the best house mod i've ever seen.my favorite thing is to just keep killing thst guy who sits by the bay every day then respawning him.it's pretty fun.other then that the house is huge.best part in the house:training hall.hands down.best mod house ever.kudos to the author of it.keep it up.i'd love to see an even bigger house.it's eye candy from outside.Pimp!

Player will really get this house for free? Unbelivable. Since I payed thousands for some far worse original oblivion houses. This one is really great!

Can u make a viilage nearby it and gaurds for your house armed with trucheons of submission (the thing from the armour shop in Anvil).

I only see one problem... in the gatehouse everything on the second floor is floating above the ground. otherwise a very good mod!

You should make a quest to get it, that's only available after you complete the main story quest... Otherwise I feel like I'm cheating
