  Help Save The Ocean Mod - Mods

The ocean mod is a mod that you guessed it involves the ocean. Unfortunatly this mod is dieing and we need more scripters, designers, moddelers and more.

So far this mod features a few islands. This mod also features Ship to ship fights with CANNONS so far as the concept goes you get your enemies ship to 0hp and you board them and raid and plunder. In this mod you can choose between the honorable Imperial Navy or the Scoundrel Pirates and be involve in a full quest. This mod is HUGE, it's almost the size of Cyrodil Its forums are found here

interresting but I am not sure if it be fun unless there is place's to go to and muti way's for the ship's to be of side's ya know?

well this is the very tip of the ice berg from wut i understand (im not any where near that department) although from wut i understand they are going to try to make it more advance after the enitial realese date

I'd love to help, but I don't have that much experience, I can help with detailing the environments when they're done, but if I can't help, you have my general support, I really hope I can be of use so that this mod can set sail to my PC

looks great. i have a few things to say although they will probably get fixed anyway. the smoke effects are a bit unrealistc and the cannonballs move way to slow (that may well be the video, if im wrong please tell me). looks good though.

the smoke effected probably wont be changed for the initial release simply becasue we want to get it out there and then for v1.1-... we will change stuff like that and as for the cannon balls they do move a little slow but not as slow as in the video (its the way hes moving the cannon and where hes at when your on the ship it apears to be moving alot faster.

I'll gladly help you with this mod. I've been looking forward to this for too long just to let it die outright. E-mail me at hickmanc55@yahoo.com I will gladly help you. I can script pretty well and i've got enough experience at it from scripting my own character AI's for my cousin's RPG that he's making. E-mail me and tell me what needs to be done dude.
