Wow. Again, I love the runes and...god, I don't know, it's awesome. NO FLAWS!
Imagine if Oblivion was open-source? Awesomeness!

Another end-of-the-world, everything on fire, picture again. No offense, but...it's getting old, and fast. I must've seen potd's like this, what, a million times here? Yeah, nothing too spectacular. Everything is wreathed in flame, seen it before. The runes are pretty cool, but that's really about it. I'm not negating your skills here, I'm just bored with "EVERYTHING ON FIRE!!!" potd's.

7/10 for effort, sir.

Fenskez0r I would like to request one of Happy Russia's or Orchidea's pictures be posted. I would like to see exactly how original one of their pictures is, and (assuming they've even uploaded any) if they can even hold a candle to any of the shots they constantly berate.

hey, i aint saying that im an 'artist' or anything. just saying that this stuff is outdated. nothing else. as a 'musician' i could say, that you should have the noble skill of taking negative feedback. no, i dont want to start a stupid flamewar about this, just giving you some constructive feedback.

lol still the same then I see.

1. Moderation seemingly a part time affair, I mean when do we see Fenskez0r actually moderate apart from changing the potd and the odd comment? And Super Llama actually stated on one picture he only checks here occasionally. On a site like this there should be at least one 'active' moderator here everyday.

2. Orchidea, this is the person who slated one of my pictures because it was 'modded' then on the very next potd by a different author begged for a list of mods because he 'loves' mods. Never seen a picture from him, only his poison comments.

3. Happy Russia, seemingly his consistent big mouth is the make up for a lack of talent on his part, jealousy in action.

4. Glad I don't put any more pictures on here smile

hm, poisonous comments as in constructive? and just to correct, i said that you had too many mods imho, and the next potd had a nice helmet - whereas i didn't say i loved mods as in overall. i meant the helmet AND i said the wings on the picture were too much. Everyone has their own opinions, and i just told mine, get on with it. i dont do pictures, because i dont know how to use (for example) photoshop, yeah and? I seriously dont have hours to spend on a program i dont want to learn. From now on, Take my comments in constructive way - nor should you reply on them.

Might be because I was listening to Thunderstruck when I saw this, but I thought it was awesome

#11 You don't need photoshop, most of my pictures where effects using ingame mods, so sorry you don't get out of it that easily, lets see a picture from you, let you put your money where your mouth is.

If "rogues pics all the same" is constructive criticism, I've failed every literary analysis test ever.

Constructive criticism offers something positive, then moves on to point to some way in which the artist/author/etc could improve.

The comments here seem to be more in the vein of "I don't like your style at all, completely change it, 'k?" Like saying to Van Gogh: cheerier subject matter please; or to Picasso: hmm, too odd for my taste, please do something more photo-realistic next time.

It's fine not to like the style of pic. To call "I don't like this person's style" (whether that be an abundance of mods or an abundance of flames or what) "constructive" isn't true. It's an expression of your opinion; free country & all that. But there's nothing constructive about it. It's not pointing out how lighting perhaps could improve the effect or a pop of color here or there would offset something - it's just saying you think the person should do something completely different. Which, yknow, not likely gonna happen, as I assume Rogue does these first & foremost to please himself as an artist.

Oh, and nice try on the "I don't do photoshop" -- clearly there's a large contingent of folks 'round these parts practically begging for unmodded, un-photoshopped pics. If you're so unimpressed with what Rogue & others do, than it's high time you stepped up to the plate & showed them how it should be done - in your opinion. wink

I'll see what I can do about his POTD's, granted there are any.

Also, I have no administrative rights here. I can't moderate comments, files or anything. All I can do is add a new picture of the day...

Rogue, Happy Russia has submitted added a POTD.
