Waaay...too orange. The sun in the background just makes a giant eye trap, my attention is purely turned to that bright freaking sun! The foreground's a bit cluttered, in my opinion, as well. The stump w/ the candles and all the flowers just kind of seem to lump together, making it...well...not so pretty. And, just what are those flare-looking things in the sky, just above the gravestone? Tamriellic northern lights? stick out tongue

-1 for the unnecessarily bright sun.
-1 for the clumping of objects, i.e. the stump and flowers.
-1 for the orange flare things, that I don't know what they are, in the sky.

7/10

#2 - Not all Oblivion owners have the PC edition, okay? So before you get your underwear in a knot over my review of a photo, that isn't even yours, I was only being critical of the pic. I'm taking the time to recognize the photo that this person took. Everything in that photo, whether pretty or ugly, determines my overall critique of it. You're not even the author, so why should you care? Yes, it's nice, but there's a few things that detract the photo and keep me from giving it a full ten. That should be good enough for you.

@ #3 http://elderscrolls.filefront.com/potd/112746

I like the pic. I do also agree with the clumping a bit but it looks great! 8/10 from me

I don't care about you dissecting my shot #1, but what bothered me is this:

"I'm taking the time to recognize the photo that this person took."

Does that mean I'm supposed to be flattered that you commented on my shot? I upload my shots here hoping someone may like it. Not for you to act as if you're doing me a favor by commenting.

deathknowz - Okay, first off, pal...I didn't need to come here and say 'boo' about your picture. I did it because it caught my eye, and I thought I'd check it out. Is it so offensive, so horribly awful, that I come here and rate your pic? Is it? Yes, I liked it...and yes, there were some parts of it I didn't like. It's called constructive criticism, but apparently, you can't take any.

I appreciate the constructive criticism, but what I quoted had nothing to do with constructive criticism. It seemed as if you were acting like I should be flattered you commented.

I enjoy reading comments, and getting a little criticism, but not when those comments imply that the poster who made it was doing me a favor.

Okay, I understand where you're coming from, and I'm sorry if what I said seemed like that I was implying that. I wasn't implying that, at all, and was kinda on the defensive (if you noticed) from the #2 poster. So, in my bout of reasoning, I apologize if I was acting like as though you should be flattered. And believe me, that wasn't the case at all, by any means.

I'm glad we're on the same page. I really didn't want to make an enemy, I just wanted to point that out.

Let's just call a truce than, eh? I look forward to more constructive criticism from you on my other POTDs also. =)
